Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, a move-up buyer, or you're looking to downsize, there's always a lot to consider when buying a new home.   • How can I see a model of an Angle Home?

    We build spec (speculation) homes that we have open for you to tour at your leisure or by appointment with one of our employees. Locations for all of our current inventory of homes can be found on our website under the “Find Your Home” menu item. If you would like assistance in touring houses or if you have any questions, please call or email us.

  • How much money do I need to put down?

    The down payment varies depending on the details of the home and the type of payment or financing that you are securing. Normally, upfront deposits will range between $4,000-$8,000, to secure one of our spec homes, depending on the size of the home. Upgrades and changes would be on top of these amounts. You will need to consult with a mortgage consultant to further explore the down payment requirements for your specific loan situation.   • Does Angle Homes, Inc. provide financing for the purchase of a new home?

    Angle Homes is not in the business of providing permanent loans. We often will provide Construction Financing for our customers for our pre-sold houses(based on availability) as a service to save customers money and expedite the construction and close process. We can get you in touch with many of our local lenders to set you up with a permanent mortgage financing institution.

  • Can I pick colors and/or finishes for my new home?

    Yes, depending upon the construction stage of the home. Your earnest deposit gives you the ability to make the remainder of the color selections for the home you are purchasing. Other finishes such as cabinets, flooring, and countertops can also be selected, construction timing permitted. For pre-sold houses, our customers make all of the decisions for finishes and colors.

  • Are options and upgrades available?

    Yes, we offer a wide selection of options and upgrades - from custom flooring, cabinets, fixtures, or showers to expanded floor plans and detached RV garages -  we can build your home the way you want it.

  • What type of warranty comes with the purchase of an Angle Home?

    Angle Homes, Inc. is proud of our reputation for standing behind our products. Your new home is covered for two years, and we have a warranty department which is dedicated to ensuring warranty issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors produces pamphlets that detail what items in your home are covered for what period of time, and for how many occurances. We also obtain an additional warranty policy from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty to cover your house during the warranty period. The policy also extends the structural coverage of your new Angle Home for 10 years at no additional cost. Please contact us if you have any other warranty questions.

  • How long will it take to build my home?

    Many factors play into the construction times from start to finish. The estimated time can range between 3.5 months and 8 months on average for larger homes. More complicated builds with custom changes or septic systems may add to this time estimation.

  • Will you build an Angle Home on my land?

    Yes, we would be happy to build anywhere in Kingman and the surrounding areas. We can build any of our standard plans (see the “Build on Your Lot” menu item above), or build your custom home on your land, size and zoning permitted.
